What is Telia Wholesale Installation
Telia Wholesale Installation is a service offering that brings together add‑ons to complement your delivery. With Installation, you can coordinate multiple installation activities in a single delivery – from work in the work in property network and installation of customer equipment to special access requirements and express delivery. This reduces your own workload, simplifies planning, and provides a reliable and flexible delivery tailored to your needs.
Our add-ons
Work in on-premises networks
With Work in on‑premises networks, we extend the fiber connection from the building’s connection point to the end user location. Before the work begins, a site visit is carried out to plan the implementation. Verification measurements of the fiber connection also include measurements of the on‑premises network. Installation of customer equipment
With Installation of customer equipment, we install your equipment as part of the delivery. Combined with Work in on‑premises networks, you get a coordinated installation that allows the solution to be put into operation immediately. Read more about Installation of customer equipment here.
Special access requirements
With Special access requirements, we ensure that delivery can be carried out in environments with high access and security requirements. The add‑on is used when specific procedures or authorizations are required for technicians to access the customer’s property during delivery. Read more about Special access requirements here.
Express delivery
With Express delivery, you can bring the delivery date forward when the timeframe for a standard delivery is not sufficient, for example if your customer’s move‑in date is moved up. Secure on‑premises networks during work in on‑premises networks
When Telia Wholesale performs work in on‑premises networks, we build and adapt the network in accordance with applicable standards for quality, security, and functionality. This gives you, as an operator, a reliable fiber connection all the way to the end‑user location. Installations are carried out professionally to be safe, durable, and suited for property owners, businesses, and residents. The work can be performed in connection with delivery of the connection or during reconnection, depending on the selected add‑on and the conditions in the property.
