The add‑on covers physical access for technicians in connection with delivery, fault resolution, or reconnection. As access needs to be planned and secured in advance, ordering Special access requirements may affect both planning and delivery timelines. By specifying these conditions at the time of order, you help ensure smoother handling and reduce the risk of delays.

Special access requirements is available in four variants with different security levels.
Pre‑notification of visit
The technician’s name and ID06 number are provided to the operator, end customer, security company, or other relevant parties in accordance with the order.Technician with basic security protection training
