Express delivery
Sometimes you need a delivery on very short notice. In that case, you can submit a request for Express delivery. This gives you the opportunity to bring the delivery date forward, provided that capacity is available.
Conditions for express delivery
Express delivery can be ordered when you need to accelerate your delivery. The offering is available when there is additional delivery capacity and provided that already confirmed deliveries are not affected. Depending on the situation, Express delivery can be ordered directly or submitted as a request.
If the delivery includes network construction work, pre‑engineering must be completed before we can confirm whether Express delivery is possible. Orders with Express delivery are prioritized in our handling, but only after pre‑engineering is completed can we confirm whether Express delivery can be carried out and provide an updated delivery date. If the add‑on Telia Wholesale Installation – Work in on‑premises networks is included in the delivery, the site visit must also be completed before a decision on Express delivery can be made.
How express delivery is priced
To submit a request for Express delivery, you need an order with a connection number (FB number). Current pricing information is available when logged in under Plan & Order – Express delivery.Multiple connections can be included in the same Express delivery, provided that they share the same delivery address, delivery date, and product. If Express delivery is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged.
