A coordinated delivery – installed and ready

Installation of customer equipment is always ordered together with Work in on‑premises networks. By complementing your newly ordered fiber connection with these two add‑ons, you get a fully completed delivery at your customer’s site. We extend the fiber through the on‑premises network and install the customer equipment (CPE) directly as part of the delivery. The add‑on is used when equipment needs to be installed at the end‑user location as part of the same delivery as the network connection.Our delivery includes a site visit, work in the on‑premises network, OTDR measurement of the entire fiber connection, and installation of your customer equipment at the end customer’s premises. You receive an end‑to‑end delivery where everything is installed and verified at the same time. By coordinating all activities within a single delivery, you get an efficient, smooth, and sustainable installation—ready for use on the delivery date.

Adapt the installation to your needs

The add‑on covers handling and installation of your customer equipment at the end‑user location. You choose whether the fiber should be connected to new or existing customer equipment, and whether the equipment should be preconfigured at delivery or configured by a technician on site. If required, we can also connect the fiber to the correct port in your equipment at the node.

Prepare your delivery in advance

Before ordering Installation of customer equipment, you provide a work description that clearly explains how the customer equipment should be handled and installed. This ensures that scope and work activities are agreed from the start and contributes to high delivery quality. The customer equipment to be installed is sent to our contractor’s depot, where it is checked and then brought to the installation address at the time of delivery.
