Telia coordinates the technician visits for new Ethernet Sweden installations. The technician installs both Telia’s equipment and your equipment at the end customer’s address. The coordination provides extended quality control and is an environmentally friendly solution.
How to order the solution
The solution is ordered via the Customer Portal as an add‑on item to Ethernet Sweden. When the item is ordered for the first time, installation instructions are emailed to Customer Service at kundservice-kapacitet@teliacompany.com
What happens during installation
Preconfigured and clearly labeled equipment must be available at the address stated in the order confirmation by the specified date. A technician then brings both Telia’s equipment and your equipment to the installation address. The on‑site contact person is the same for the entire Ethernet Sweden delivery.Once Telia’s Ethernet Sweden delivery has been installed and commissioned, installation of the associated operator customer modem or router begins. The technician completes the installation according to the installation instructions provided by the operator at the time of ordering, performs a ping test using a laptop, and assigns IP addresses received at the time of measurement, which can be carried out by the operator.
