What is Ethernet Sweden
Ethernet Sweden is a standardized network solution that gives you the freedom to develop and adapt your business offerings. It is based on proven Ethernet technology and provides guaranteed bandwidth with high quality, security, and coverage. This creates strong conditions for flexibility and cost efficiency in your network. Together with Telia, you can develop tailored business solutions in a standardized network environment.
Extend your Ethernet network with mobile access
Reach more locations and maintain reliable operations where fiber is not an option. With Mobile Access, you can extend your reach to sites where fixed infrastructure is not economically viable. The solution can be used as a permanent connection, a temporary access while waiting for fiber, or a cost‑effective backup to fixed access.
Mobile Access is delivered within eight business days. Bandwidth depends on coverage, antenna setup, and load in the radio network. For this reason, the solution is offered with the Best Effort traffic class.

Unified delivery and simpler management
Ethernet Sweden gives you a consolidated infrastructure and access to a support team familiar with your needs. You manage quoting, ordering, and upgrades of individual connections via NetBusiness, Telia’s digital business and M2M interface. For larger volume orders, there is an established process with clearly defined delivery milestones.
Standardized technology with high reliability
A network built to industry standards. Ethernet Sweden is based on Carrier Ethernet 2.0 with network elements certified by the Metro Ethernet Forum. The solution is delivered in Telia’s MPLS network (Layer 2) and can be designed as point‑to‑point, point‑to‑multipoint (E‑Line), or multipoint‑to‑multipoint (E‑LAN/VPLS).
Traffic is always separated into virtual LANs (VLANs), and the network can be delivered with guaranteed bandwidths of up to 10 Gbps, with simple upgrade options. You can choose delivery with or without CPE, the desired QoS, as well as different service levels (SLA) and diversity.
