Start an inquiry
You start your inquiry by navigating to “Pkan & Order” and selecting Telia Wholesale Capacity.Referenser och avtal
You use the form to create your inquiry. Start by entering your references. You can change and update your references up until the order is submitted. You can also update references for an ongoing order.
The order reference is unique to the order and is your reference for it.
The invoice group allows you to group orders on the invoice. You can select an existing invoice group or create a new one.
The agreement determines the contract term for the inquiry and the order. You can change the agreement up until the order is placed.Select address
In the Address information section for Side A, you specify the address where the delivery will take place. To select an address, click SEARCH ADDRESS. In the dialog that appears, enter your search criteria and click SEARCH. When you find the correct address, click OK to select it. If address details are available, you can also select those. Once the address is selected, additional information is displayed, such as the associated node, the preliminary delivery time, and the price group the address belongs to.Select offer
After selecting the address, choose which offer you want to use. Telia Wholesale Capacity is available in three bandwidths—100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1000 Mbps—and with two traffic profiles: Standard and Mix Voice. You can change the offer up until the order is submitted.Define the connection
In this view, you select which access the connection should be linked to. The connection number for the access part of Telia Wholesale Capacity is preselected. You enter the second access in the field Operator access ID. Once you select an access ID, the view is updated with the address of that access.
If you do not have an access ID to connect the link to, you must first order an Ethernet Sweden Access. You can also contact Customer Service for more information.Configure the access
Next, you configure how the access should be handed over. This is done under Configuration and Access. In the Main product field, you can see which bandwidth the access will use. The bandwidth corresponds to what you selected under Offer. To change the bandwidth, return to the Offer section.
Under Service, select which service package should apply to the access. The Standard service package is included by default. If you want a higher service package, you can select it from the dropdown list.In the Rack location for CPE field, specify where the customer‑premises equipment will be installed. In the Work and add‑ons list, choose how the connection should be delivered. If you select Fiber installation, we deliver the connection to the end customer’s premises. If you instead select Own in‑building network, the connection is handed over in the ODF and fiber specified in the order.
If the site has special requirements for the technician performing the delivery, you can select Special access requirements. There are five access levels. Leaving the field empty corresponds to the Basic level, which is included in the order. More information about each level is displayed when you make your selection.Configure the connection
The connection configuration is adapted based on the access selected under Operator access ID. You can see how the connection is configured in the Configuration (Konfiguration) and Connection (Förbindelse) view. If the access specified under Operator access ID was delivered with CPE, you can select which CPE port to use under Port number.Contacts
In this section you specify contacts for the delivery. Correct contact details are important to ensure a smooth delivery. The contact person listed under End customer must be aware of the order, be able to guide technicians to the correct location at the address, and have access to keys for locked areas.
Contact details for the property owner are entered in the Installation information field. This information is used to ensure the connection can be delivered. Enter the name, email address, and phone number of the contact person. If you want to include additional information with your order, enter it in the Installation information field.Delivery date
Next, specify the delivery time. The preliminary delivery date is shown under Earliest delivery date. You can choose a later date in the Specify later delivery date field. If no date is entered, the earliest possible date will be used. The confirmed delivery date will be communicated in the order confirmation sent by email after the order is placed.Price
In this section, you can see the cost of your order for different contract terms. To change the contract, scroll to the top and select a different agreement in the Agreement field (Avtal).Summary and order
At the bottom of the form, you will find a summary of your order. Start by clicking SUMMARY ORDER to generate a complete overview of your order. When you are satisfied, submit your order by clicking ORDER.
There are two additional options:
SAVE & CLOSE saves your order so you can continue later.
CANCEL removes the inquiry you have started.
Once the order has been submitted, the message “Thank you for your order” is displayed. Click Home to return to the order list view, or New order to place another order.
