In this month’s newsletter, we share information about this year’s customer survey, map files available via NetBusiness Connect, and the latest update on the station modernization program.
Have your say – this year’s customer survey is coming soon
During week 11, we will conduct this year’s customer survey, and we hope you will take the opportunity to share your experience. Your feedback is an important part of our continuous improvement work and over the past year, they have contributed to several concrete enhancements.
Some of the improvements implemented during 2025
- Shorter delivery times and higher delivery accuracy, with a more reliable end‑to‑end delivery process and clearer communication throughout.
- More consistent and transparent updates on ongoing cases.
- Further development of the customer portal for a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
- Enhancements to the COMOP platform, making it easier to follow up, manage, and administer services.
- More consistent and easy‑to‑understand language in all our communication. We avoid abbreviations and use clear, accessible terms.
- A more streamlined invoice management process in the customer portal, where you can manage cases, view invoices, and download specifications.
By participating in the survey, you help us prioritize the right things and continue improving our products and services based on your needs. Your feedback is also a valuable part of our ongoing improvement activities and we truly appreciate the insights we receive. The survey is conducted together with Medallia, and the email will be sent from no-reply@express.medallia.com. It takes approximately five minutes to complete.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
Map files via NetBusiness Connect for Telia Wholesale Fiber
Starting 1 March, customers connected to NetBusiness Connect can access GIS data through a standardized WFS interface. This provides an easier way to work with accurate and updated map information for Telia Wholesale Fiber.
With the new API, you can retrieve map files in batches, filter data by coordinates, geographical areas, or changes since your latest download, and store information locally for seamless integration into your GIS systems. This ensures faster, more precise, and more automated handling of map data within your existing processes.

Updated timeline for station modernization – latest quarterly update
We update the station modernization timeline every quarter to give you a current and long‑term overview. The new plan covers switchovers during Q1 2028 and provides a 24‑month planning horizon. It also shows which new station you will be offered as a replacement for your current location.
Changes in the migration pilots
This quarterly update includes two adjustments to the migration pilot schedule. Nolby has been moved from Pilot 2 to Pilot 1 and will not include operator networks. Väröbacka has been moved from Pilot 1 to Pilot 2, where operator customers are offered the opportunity to participate.
The latest update is available in the station list on the Station Modernization page when logged in.
