In this month’s newsletter, we share updates on new functionality for Separate routing, revised lead times for Fiber Villa operator change, and changes to the login method in the customer portal.
New functionality for Separate routing
We are launching improved functionality for Separate routing. It is now clearer which variant of Separate routing we quote and which variant we deliver. You can also specify alternative nodes when submitting your requests. This means you can include several alternative connection nodes for the secondary connection, giving you greater flexibility and a smoother ordering process. We are also introducing a new variant of Separate routing to two different nodes.

Updated lead times for Fiber Villa operator change
In November, we introduced a new booking system for Fiber Villa operator changes. As the next step in our improvement work, we are now reducing the general lead time to 12 working days. Order confirmations will be sent after 2 working days. The lead time for rescheduling will also be 12 working days.

Username and password introduced as the login method for all users
Starting 19 March, we are updating the login process in our customer portal. All users will log in with a username and password. This means that the option to log in with a username and SMS code will be removed.
Missing a password?
If you don’t have a password yet, or if you have forgotten it, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to create a new one.
