In the first newsletter of the year, we share information about new features in the customer portal for managing invoices, as well as updates to our contact channels.
View invoices directly in the customer portal
Managing your company’s invoices just got easier. In the customer portal, you can conveniently view both invoices and invoice specifications in one place. To access this feature, simply contact your company´s administrator, who can assign the appropriate permissions in the portal. Once the permission is activated, you can log in to view and download your company’s invoices and specifications whenever needed. If you have any questions about invoices or invoice specifications, you are welcome to contact our invoicing department via My Tickets.
New options for 0771–816 000
On February 2nd, we change some options for our number 0771–81 60 00, options 1 and 2. We are simplifying the choices and some outdated selections will be removed, others will be renewed. You can always find our contact channels at teliawholesale.se/en/kontakt.
