Procedures for planned decommissioning of IBCF nodes

We want to clarify the procedure for the product Interconnect when an IBCF node is temporarily taken out of service for upgrades or other planned maintenance.
According to Interconnect Specification A8211 358, section 3.1, you should not open a ticket or submit a fault report during these periods. Your traffic should instead be routed through the three other available IBCF nodes for the duration of the maintenance.
This follows the agreed architecture and the redundancy principles described in the specification. You can find the specification on teliawholesale.se under the Documents tab on the Interconnect page.
