In this agreement letter, we inform you about the launch of Telia Wholesale Colo Small and price adjustments.
Service windows for NetBusiness Web and NetBusiness Connect
For NetBusiness Web and NetBusiness Connect, the service window schedule will be extended to include Mondays from 10:00 PM to Tuesdays at 6:00 AM.
For agreements related to Telia and Skanova, the start time of the existing service window will also be adjusted from Thursday at 10:15 PM to Thursday at 10:00 PM.
The new service window hours will apply from 1 January 2027. Please refer to the revised agreement documents in the Document library.
