Improvements in our digital channels

Over the past months, we have implemented several improvements to make it easier and more efficient for you to work with us. Unfortunately, the launch of our new website caused some initial issues. We apologize for any impact this may have had.

• We have launched a new version of teliawholesale.se with a clearer structure, easier navigation, and improved overview.
• The ordering flow for separate routing has been improved. You can now specify alternative nodes and it has become clearer which variant we are offering.
• Customers using NetBusiness Connect now have access to GIS data in map files via a standardized WFS interface.
• The process for operator change for Fiber Villa has been streamlined, with shorter lead times and faster order confirmation.
• We have expanded our establishment portfolio with Telia Wholesale Colo Small.
• In addition, prices have been reduced for new 1G connections within Telia Wholesale Capacity in fixed-price areas during 2026, for three-year agreements.

Updated schedule for station modernization
The latest quarterly update of the station modernization schedule has now been published. It provides an up-to-date overview of planned migrations, replacement exchanges, and adjusted delivery dates. Read more on our Station modernization page when logged in.

Summer break for express delivery
As usual, express delivery will be paused during the summer. This means that we do not offer express delivery for fiber and capacity products that require expansion of our fiber network between June 29 and August 26. The last day to submit an express delivery request is June 26.
