Express delivery of fiber products that require expansion of our fiber network, has a break between December 15, 2025 and January 9, 2026. During the same period, the lead time for receiving a fact-based delivery commitment may also be extended for certain deliveries.

Smooth deliveries during the holiday season

Even though Christmas is still a little while away, it's time to start planning for deliveries in December and January. To avoid unnecessary delays, it's important to ensure that the contact person receiving the delivery is available and not on vacation or away. By planning ahead and double-checking that the right person is available, we can work together to create a smooth delivery experience – even during the holidays.
