Telia Wholesale is Telia’s wholesale organization for network infrastructure and capacity solutions. We provide nationwide infrastructure used by operators and service providers to build, deliver, and develop digital solutions throughout Sweden.

Our customers are operators and service providers driving the development of Sweden’s digital communications, from broadband and mobility to critical societal functions. By providing access to stable capacity and robust networks, we help ensure connectivity where it is needed, whether in urban areas, rural regions, or environments with specific technical requirements.

Under the Telia Wholesale brand, we bring together several product portfolios covering different network and technology areas. The copper and fiber networks* are owned by Skanova AB, a Telia company, and together with other infrastructure form the foundation of our delivery. Telia Wholesale is part of the Telia Company Group.

As part of Telia, we work to build, manage, and develop the digital infrastructure that Sweden relies on every day, from delivery and installation to operations and maintenance. We work closely with some of Sweden’s most experienced and reliable contractors. As part of Sweden’s total defense, we also have a responsibility to deliver robust and secure digital infrastructure to organizations with critical societal needs.
