Use the search tools in the Customer Portal to plan your network. This is also where you request quotes – and in most cases receive pricing instantly. You then place your order for the connection.
Customer Portal
Go to Quote & Order to submit your inquiry and place your order. You must be logged in to access the Customer Portal.
Within our Fixed Price Area, you receive an instant quote for connections in the access network. The same applies to access network connections outside the Fixed Price Area if there is available capacity in the network.
In other cases, our quote engineers perform a technical survey before issuing a quote. You will normally receive the quote within 15 business days. The quote is valid for 90 calendar days.
Plan your network with our search tools
With Map Search, you can view Offer Areas and Fixed Price Areas, connection points, and catchment areas for nodes and exchanges.
With Address Search, you can search for a specific address or property designation. You can see whether a connection point is available at the address and where it is located. You also receive information on available fiber capacity, whether fast delivery is possible, or if the network needs to be expanded.You must be logged in to use Map Search and Address Search.
